I recomend these earrings for healed piercings only, as newly pierced or irritated pierced ears are often times swollen, and these earrings must fit your earlobe thickness as closely as possible in order to secure them in place. These earrings cannot be refitted if they become too big after swelling goes down.

My Earscrews require no clutch back at all! They simply turn into place and the bent end of the post leans against the back of the earlobe and holds the earring into place!
