Ordering & Shipping
Ordering is easy at Maggie's Creations through my secure Shopping Cart.
Just place your order, choose your payment type there, and we will both get an email confirmation that your order has been placed successfully.
1.) U.S.A. Clients can choose to pay by "Check/Money Order"
~ you will get my mailing address once you place your order. Please make your check/money order payable to "Maggie Imhof" and then simply mail your payment to me. If you do not get my mailing address upon completion of your order, please email me for it after your order is placed.
I do not deposit your check/money order until I am ready to make and ship your jewelry to you. This way, you are not paying for jewelry which hasn't even been made for you yet.
2.) Anyone can choose to pay by "Credit/Debit Card" with Visa, Master Card, and Discover via my secure shopping cart. When you place your order, you are only submitting the information I need to process that order - my shopping cart does not settle your credit card transaction automatically. I settle your credit card transaction manually when I am ready to make and ship your jewelry for you. This way, you aren't paying for jewelry which hasn't even been made for you yet.
Orders for your first SINGLE PAIR OF HEALING EARRINGS will be "rushed" and usually ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days of ordering. All other types of orders are subject to my "first come first served waiting list" (usually between 1 and 3 weeks) before I can make and ship your jewelry for you.
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification of shipment from the United States Postal Service.
Shipping & Handling:
I currently ship through the United States Postal Service only. Shipping & Handling Service Charges are based on your order size, service type, and the destination of the order. I am researching better service shippers for International Clients.
Shipping Charges cover actual postage, packaging materials, and extra services including delivery confirmation or tracking, return service requests or signiture requests, and/or insurance ... depending on the service options you choose.
Handling Charges cover minimal labor costs to ship to you and include; packing and processing labor (filling out order forms and labels, import and export paperwork) and a trip to the post office ... depending on the service options you choose.
Economy USA Shipping & Handling:
(Includes 2-5 business day average shipping time, tracking to your mailbox, and insurance against loss or damage by the USPS (with restrictions) up to $100.00 value. Insurance coverage rules are governed by the USPS. Additional insurance will be added to orders over $100.00).
$9.50 for orders of up to $100.00.
$11.50 for orders between $100.01 and $200.00.
$13.50 for orders between $200.01 and $300.00.
$15.50 for orders between $300.01 and $400.00.
$17.50 for orders between $400.01 and $500.00.
Priority USA Shipping & Handling:
(Includes 2-3 business day average shipping time, tracking to your mailbox, and insurance against loss or damage by the USPS (with restrictions) up to $100.00 value. Insurance coverage rules are governed by the USPS. Additional insurance will be added to orders over $100.00).
$12.50 for orders of up to $100.00.
$14.50 for orders between $100.01 and $200.00.
$16.50 for orders between $200.01 and $300.00.
$18.50 for orders between $300.01 and $400.00.
$20.50 for orders between $400.01 and $500.00.
Express USA Shipping & Handling:
(Includes overnight business day shipping, tracking services, signature delivery, and insurance against loss or damage by the USPS (with restrictions) up to $100.00 value. Insurance coverage rules are governed by the USPS. Additional insurance will be added to orders over $100.00).
$32.50 for orders of up to to $100.00.
$34.50 for orders between $100.01 and $200.00.
$36.50 for orders between $200.01 and $300.00.
$38.50 for orders between $300.01 and $400.00.
$40.50 for orders between $400.01 and $500.00.
Economy International Shipping & Handling:
Provides tracking, but does NOT provide insurance of any kind. Packages lost or damaged in the mail are not my responsibility and I cannot refund or replace it. If you choose this shipping type, you are agreeing to do so at your own risk.

NOTE: Any Import Fees or Duties/Taxes are your responsibility. Additionally, I have no control over (nor access to information about) how long your package may spend in the customs office of your Country. If shipping is currently restricted to your country your order will be canceled and I will alert you by email.
Priority International Shipping & Handling:
Includes 6-10 business day average shipping time to most country's customs office. This option provides tracking and insurance if your package is lost or damaged enroute. Cost and Insurance coverage is as follows:
$40.50 Canada / $53.00 All Others (for orders up to $200.00)
$53.25 Canada / $65.75 All Others (for orders between $200.01-$300.00)
$57.00 Canada / $69.50 All Others (for orders between $300.01-$400.00)
$60.25 Canada / $72.75 All Others (for orders between $400.01-$500.00)

Where's My Stuff?:
Your jewelry is hand made to order for you, on a first come first served basis, (usually no longer than 30 days as I am waiting for components I need to create your jewelry to be delivered from my suppliers first) but I do give precedence to customers that are ordering their first SINGLE pair of healing earrings only so that they can achieve relief as soon as possible. Healing earrings are usually created and shipped out within 1-3 business days of ordering, but can take up to one week during busy times (like holidays).
All other types of jewelry orders are Non-Healing jewelry, and I make this jewelry by hand on a first come first served basis, to be fair to all waiting clients. I simply do not know how long it will take me to create the jewelry for the customers who have come before you (before I can make yours for you) and am unable to give a good estimate because of this. I do my very best to make sure the waiting list is as short as possible. If I have all of the components I need to create your jewelry for you, a RUSH service is available for and additional $25.00 upon request.
Please place "Non-Healing Earring" custom orders that must be received before a certain date (Christmas, Birthdays, etc.), at least 30 days in advance, so that I can make sure I can complete your gift jewelry for you BEFORE the special day. Please also alert me to the special day, so that I can try to make sure you receive it on time.
